The bands Studio album "Escape" reached number 1 on the Billboards 200. The album also included other hit singles such as "Open Arms". Their success has resulted in two gold rated albums and eight mulch-platinum.
The Steve Miller Band is also an American rock band, they were formed in 1967. The lead singer Steve Miller manages the band, he also plays guitar. They are mostly known for a spate of releases throughout the 70's including: "Space Cowboy" and "My Dark Hour" which featured Paul McCartney.
