Summer is waving! Of course, we've got another round of live shows from the "Ants Marching" rockers over at Daver Matthews Band. Debuting two new songs, seems like a new era of music is looming in as the band marks their annual summer stint. Matthews posted a clip singing a brand-new song, and in a show in Mexico last January, he unveiled a new track "Making It Great". 

"So get out your car, get on the ground. Please give me a reason to rain all hell down on you," Matthews sang.

On The Road for A Good Cause

As usual, a big outing is always paired with great support for initiatives for a cause, specially chosen by the band. Their summer 2026 shows will mark Dave Matthews Band's third consecutive year supporting thier "On The Road To Zero Waste Tour" initiative. They'll be joining forces with the envirnonmental nonprofit REVERB once more. 

Over the past two years, they've worked with Live Nation venues to divert 90% of waste generated from landfills. Through this initiative with the compliance of their dear fans, some venues even reached a 99% landfill diversion rate, as shared by the band's website. For the third year in a row, you can expect continued care for the environment as DMB works with venues to have zero-waste stations for disposable items, onsite green teams, minimal single-use plastics for concessions, water refill spots, and composting & food donations. 

Committed to 1 million more trees this year, DMB brings their total to 7 million in 2026, carrying on their long-standing support for The Nature Conservancy in reforestation initiatives.
