Kicking off July 2nd at the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Detroit, the tour will take the pair across every major American city before finishing up in the Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, Arizona. Rae Sremmurd, a hip-hop duo composed of rappers and siblings Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi, just dropped their third studio album, the massively ambitious 3-disc “SR3MM”. The duo are best known for their single “Black Beatles,” their number one hit from their album “Sremmlife 2”.
As for Wiz Khalifa, his new album, “Rolling Papers 2,” is due for release July 13th. Blasting onto the popular music scene in 2006 with “Show And Prove,” Wiz Khalifa rose rapidly through the charts, with his single "Black and Yellow” hitting number one on the Billboard Hot 100. His latest single "See You Again,” for the soundtrack of the film Furious 7, also hit number one for an amazing 12 weeks nonstop! We can hardly wait to see what he’s got up his sleeve next.
