Originally formed as a one-man project, with Dave Grohl, formerly of Nirvana, as the band’s only official member, The Foo Fighters has evolved into a group consisting of band members Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Taylor Hawkins, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee. Since their first album, the 1995 self-titled “Foo Fighters,” the band have gained wide respect on the alternative rock scene for their raw and powerful sound, earning four Grammys in total for Best Rock Album.
Described as “a little bit Queen, a little bit Prince and a lot great,” by Rolling Stone Magazine, “Concrete And Gold,” is one of the Foo Fighter’s best records to date. As a band, they just keep evolving and growing, putting 100% into every record they release – and nothing proves that more than their latest record!!
